COVID-19 Operating Procedures

We welcome one-on-one framing/design consultations by appointment only. These are much like the framing consults you’ve had with us in the past with a few changes:

Design Consultations

  • Up to two in-store appointments may be taken at a time so that the space is kept open, clean, and safe for customers and our staff alike. We have two design spaces so that we can maintain social distancing standards.

    • If you would like a private (only one customer in the store) appointment, please select the “Private In-Store Design Consultation” option from our calendar. We will lock the door during your appointment to ensure you are the only customer in the shop at that time. There is a small fee ($20) to reserve the shop/time slot which will be applied to your framing order as a credit the same day.
  • We clean and sanitize the shop, along with any samples that were used, after each appointment.

  • For our safety and yours, masks are required for anyone that comes in the shop. If you do not have a mask, we will have disposable masks that you are welcome to take. Hand sanitizer is available for every visit — please use some when you arrive for your appointment and on your way out. If you are not able to wear a mask, we’d be happy to help you through our virtual and curbside options.

  • If you are not feeling well, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. We will do the same for you should we not be feeling well.

  • At this time, we are not offering our installation services, but plan to resume them as soon as it is safe to do so. To be put on a waiting list, please send an email with a brief description of your install needs to installations@monroestreetframing.com.

Completed Order Pick-Up

We are happy to offer a few options for pick-up of completed framing orders:

In-Store

  • For customers who would like to come in and take a look at completed order(s), please schedule a pick-up appointment. We will make sure to have your pieces ready at the appointment time and space available to unwrap and view them.

  • If you would prefer to do curbside pick-up, we’re happy to bring the piece out to you. You are welcome to schedule a specific time for curbside pickup or you can simply call us upon arrival – whatever is more convenient for you. Please use the parking lot behind the shop or nearby street parking.

  • If there is a remaining balance on your order, we can take care of that by phone, in person, or online.

Delivery

  • If you would like to have your piece delivered, we are offering curbside drop-off in the Madison area during COVID-19. Please give us a call at (608) 255-7330 to discuss options.
